Welcome to The Suicide Prevention Hub – a brand new online resource for front line professionals and members of community organisations. The site is full of information about local and national support, resources and information about Suicide Prevention, with the aim of making suicide prevention everyone’s business.

We’ll be launching the  full new BLMK local suicide prevention action plan (2024-2028) on this September in line with, World Suicide Prevention Day. The theme of the day this year is “Changing the Narrative on Suicide”, encouraging people to start the conversation and help reduce stigma by discussing suicide prevention in a really open way. This is very much aligned to the role of the site, which aims to make up to date, informative resources and campaigns accessible to everyone. We’re here to empower everyone to play their part in suicide prevention, and to make those conversations as accessible and as open as we can.

Join us on 11th September, from 12-1pm for a free webinar to find out more about the multi -agency work to support suicide prevention throughout Bedfordshire, Central Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes and to discuss the 2024-2028 Action Plan.
